Getting started

Create your account and add funds to start ordering.

Create your SMMFollows account

  1. Open smmfollows.com and click Sign up.
  2. Enter your details and a valid email address.
  3. Sign in. Your dashboard shows your balance, spending and the New order form.

Our users are agencies, companies, individual resellers and other SMM panel owners. One account is all you need to order on the website and through the API.

Add funds to your balance

Orders are paid from your balance, so add funds first:

  1. Open Add funds in the menu.
  2. Choose a payment method and enter the amount.
  3. Complete the payment. The amount is added to your balance.

Available methods include PayPal and bank cards, Paytm in India, Cashmaal in Pakistan, and PayOp across Europe, South America, Indonesia, Turkey, South Korea and the USA. The Add funds page always shows the current list.

Only add funds from the Add funds page inside your smmfollows.com account. SMMFollows never asks you to send money to a personal account or wallet in a private message.

Placing orders

Single orders, many orders at once, and orders that repeat over time.

Place a single order

  1. Open New order.
  2. Pick the category, then the service. Read the service description for start time, speed and refill details.
  3. Paste the link to the profile, post or video.
  4. Enter the quantity, between the service's minimum and maximum.
  5. Check the charge and submit. Orders usually start within seconds.
Make sure the profile or post is public while the order runs. Private or deleted links can't be delivered.

Mass order

Mass order lets you place many orders at once. Open Mass order and write one order per line, in this format:

service_id|link|quantity
1|https://www.instagram.com/p/example1/|1000
1|https://www.instagram.com/p/example2/|500

Find the service ID on the Services page.

Drip-feed

Drip-feed splits one order into several runs with a pause between them, so growth looks more natural. Enable drip-feed on the New order form, then set:

  • Runs: how many times the quantity is delivered.
  • Interval: minutes between runs.

Example: quantity 1,000, 5 runs, interval 60 delivers 1,000 five times, one hour apart. Follow them on the Drip-feed page.

Subscriptions (auto orders on new posts)

Subscriptions create orders automatically each time a profile publishes a new post. You set the username, a minimum and maximum quantity per post, an optional delay before each order, an optional number of posts and an optional expiry date. Manage them on the Subscriptions page.

Order statuses

Track every order from Orders in your account.

What each order status means

StatusMeaning
PendingThe order is received and waiting to start.
In progressDelivery has started.
ProcessingThe order is being handled by the system.
CompletedThe full quantity was delivered.
PartialOnly part of the quantity was delivered. Remains shows how many units were not delivered.
CanceledThe order was canceled.

Start count is the number shown on the link when the order started. Remains is how many units are still left to deliver.

Refills and cancels

Some services include a refill guarantee or can be canceled.

How to request a refill

If a service includes refill and the count drops during the refill period, you can request a refill on that order from Orders. The service description tells you whether refill is included and for how long.

API users can request refills with action=refill. See Refill in the API docs.

How to cancel an order

Only services that support cancellation can be canceled. If an order needs to be stopped, open a ticket with the order ID. API users can send action=cancel.

An order is not starting. What should I check?

  • The link is correct and points to the right profile or post.
  • The account or post is public.
  • You didn't place another order for the same link and service that is still running.

If everything looks right, open a ticket with the order ID.

Earn with SMMFollows

Two ways to make money with SMMFollows.

Affiliate program: 5% commission

Open Affiliates in your account to get your referral link. Share it with friends and clients, and you earn 5% on the payments of the users you refer. The program is open to every user.

Run your own panel with a child panel

A child panel is your own SMM panel on your own domain, connected to SMMFollows. It costs $3 per month during the current promotion (normally $5), and no hosting is needed. Learn about child panels.
